Since it was founded, JWG INVEST has relied on its own solid capital base, which has enabled it to operate independently in the real estate market. The development of commercial and residential properties as well as the acquisition of existing properties with optimization and/or revitalization potential are part of our core business. In the recent past, we have also turned our attention to the dynamically growing logistics sector.
The focus is mainly on major German and Polish cities and metropolitan regions, with a particular emphasis within a radius of approximately 200-300 km around the Szczecin and Berlin locations. The investment volume of our projects is usually between 3 million to 35 million euros.
