Baltic Business Park, Stettin

Baltic Business Park is a modern and contemporary office building complex of high European standard. During construction we used technological solutions, high quality materials as well as special architectural ideas, which were ahead of their time and still today offer their mostly international tenants an excellent address and workplace.

Villa, Szczecin

Renovation of a listed villa in the city center of Szczecin. The building is considered a showpiece for the sensitive and skilful refurbishment of existing buildings. Today, the approx. 1500 sqm of office space created are home to leading international IT and engineering companies. Managed in own portfolio.

Maris, Szczecin

1996: Development and construction of an office building in a prime inner-city location in Szczecin. After successful leasing, sale of the approx. 6,000 sqm GFA to an institutional investor.

Since 1995: Investment focus on retail asset class. Development of more than 120 grocery stores, from acquisition of land to building rights, planning and construction. The properties are in the portfolio or have been partially sold.

INVESTMENT STRATEGY & ACQUISITION PROFILE

Since it was founded, JWG INVEST has relied on its own solid capital base, which has enabled it to operate independently in the real estate market. The development of commercial and residential properties as well as the acquisition of existing properties with optimization and/or revitalization potential are part of our core business. In the recent past, we have also turned our attention to the dynamically growing logistics sector.
The focus is mainly on major German and Polish cities and metropolitan regions, with a particular emphasis within a radius of approximately 200-300 km around the Szczecin and Berlin locations. The investment volume of our projects is usually between 3 million to 35 million euros.

  • We put particular emphasis on a deep understanding of regional conditions and knowledge of the specific local circumstances. As a reliable partner, we maintain contacts and practice continuous dialog with the relevant stakeholders and decision-makers. We are proud of the fact that repeated business is generated with our content partners.
  • In line with our partnership approach, we welcome cooperation with investment companies, private sellers, brokers, property managers and tipsters.
  • We have very short communication channels allowing you to speak directly with the decision-makers. We can carry out our transactions independently of banks and thus quickly and in a target-oriented manner.
  • JWG INVEST specializes in off-market deals with value-add or opportunistic risk profiles.
